Our Mission On Goals!
We strive to provide the highest quality training for the most affordable price. There are ever increasing training needs and to achieve these needs stretch department budgets to the limit. The training council is able to negotiate training opportunities which allow agencies free slots and then if space is available other slots for discounted prices.
Many agencies complete all of their mandated training through the council and have one cost related to training per year. While we had fallen behind technologically, we are seeking to update our web presence and its utility.
We have many volunteer opportunities and welcome the assistance of our member agencies to make us a better organization.
Training Council's Long Term Goals:
Nobody can know what the future of our training mandates may be but rest assured that our hours will only increase and having this training council in place to meet them will benefit all of our department and agencies.
We are setting a strategic plan for the council and your input is requested and welcomed.
