Update Course
Provides continuing education for officers who have completed a basic Field Training Officer course and are currently serving as FTOs. The course reinforces core responsibilities, introduces updated training and evaluation strategies, and keeps officers current with legal requirements, departmental standards, and best practices in mentoring probationary officers.
Kosciusko County Reserve Academy
The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department will be hosting its 2026 Reserve Academy starting in January. The Reserve Academy will cover defensive tactics, firearms, crime scenes, building search, K-9, STOPS and much more. The focus of the Academy is to give area Reserve Police Officers the highest level of training, taught by LETB instructors.
