This year’s conference is featuring Sgt. Maj. Kyle Lamb United States Army retired: a 21 year veteran of the U.S. Army, Kyle Lamb retired as a sergeant major with over 18 years in the Army special operations community. He was decorated for valor in the battlefield in Somalia and Iraq and will share his experiences in a leadership lessons learned during the Black Hawk down incident and the war in Iraq Kyle trains law enforcement special teams and patrol officers across United States.
