About the event
This course is designed to develop police officers into highly effective Field Training Officers (FTOs) by focusing first on critical self-assessment and self-awareness. The objective is to ensure trainers understand their own communication styles and biases, enabling them to properly apply techniques in teaching, mentoring, coaching, and team-building to successfully train the new era of police officers.
