Pistol Troubleshooting
Warren Ackerson, Regional Manager, GLOCK, Inc.
Troubleshooting the pistol is a two hour block of instruction, designed to orient the firearms instructor to a
systematic process that identifies and isolates malfunctions related to the shooter, ammunition and the pistol. Upon
completion, firearm instructors will be able to properly diagnose malfunctions and select the correct remedy.
