This 40-hour course prepares officers to develop and conduct quality training programs.
The learning experience will be enhanced through videotaping and peer group assessment.

Cost: Please call the Shipshewana PD for fees. If a department needs to cancel a student from an ILEA inservice class, it must be done no later than five (5) working days prior to the start of the class. If a student does not show up or cancellation is made any closer to the start of class the agency will be responsible for payment in full for this class.
